2. Products and Descriptions

Our online shop offers a selection of ready-made homeware items, including accessories and soft furnishings, as well as made-to-measure curtains produced according to a curated catalogue of fabrics and fixed size options.

While our made-to-measure curtains are tailored to selected dimensions, they are not fully bespoke and are based on standardised specifications.

We make every effort to present product images and descriptions as accurately as possible. However, slight variations in colour, texture, or finish may occur due to screen settings, lighting, or natural differences in fabric batches. These do not constitute defects.

3. Prices and Payment

  • All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
  • Prices do not include delivery charges, which are calculated at checkout.
  • We accept major debit/credit cards and other secure payment methods offered at checkout.
  • Full payment must be made at the time of ordering.

4. Order Acceptance

Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This does not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract is formed when we dispatch the goods and send you a shipping confirmation.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if:

  • We are unable to fulfil it (e.g. item out of stock or pricing error)
  • We suspect fraudulent activity
  • You violate any of our terms

5. Delivery

  • We aim to dispatch ready-made items within 2–3 business days.
  • For made-to-measure curtains, please allow up to 4 weeks for production and dispatch. These are made according to your selected specifications and are considered bespoke items, meaning they are not eligible for return or exchange unless faulty.
  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location, courier availability, and seasonal demand.
  • Risk of loss and title for goods passes to you upon delivery.

6. Returns and Refunds

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery. For full details, please refer to our Return and Refund Policy.

Please note:

  • Items must be returned unused and in their original condition.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
  • Customised, made-to-order, or Final Sale items are non-returnable.

7. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.
  • If confirmed faulty, we will offer a refund, replacement, or store credit, and cover return postage.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including images, text, logos, and product designs, is the property of Tictac Interiors Ltd and may not be reproduced without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or any other liability which cannot be excluded by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

  • Any indirect or consequential loss
  • Any loss of profit, business, or opportunity
  • Delays caused by external factors (e.g. courier or customs issues)

10. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for failure or delay in fulfilling orders due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control (e.g. natural disasters, strikes, transport disruptions, pandemics).

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
