1. Order Processing Times

  • Ready-made items are typically dispatched within 2–3 business days.

  • Made-to-measure curtains are produced to your selected specifications. Please allow up to 4 weeks for production before dispatch.

  • Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is on its way.

2. Shipping Methods and Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on:

  • Order size and weight

  • Delivery destination within the UK

  • Shipping method selected (e.g. standard or express, if available)

We use trusted couriers such as Royal Mail, DPD, or Parcelforce.

3. UK Delivery

  • Standard delivery: Estimated within 2–5 business days from dispatch

  • Express delivery (if available): Estimated within 1–2 business days from dispatch

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on courier service availability and location.

4. Important Information about Made-to-Measure Curtains

  • Curtains made to your chosen specifications (size, fabric, and style) are considered bespoke items.

  • As a result, they are not eligible for return or exchange, unless faulty or damaged.

  • Estimated dispatch time is up to 4 weeks after your order is confirmed.

5. Delivery Responsibility

  • Please ensure your delivery address is correct when placing your order.

  • If a parcel is undeliverable and returned to us, you may be responsible for redelivery costs.

  • Risk of loss and title passes to you upon delivery.

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete:

We will investigate and resolve the matter promptly.
