We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Tictac Interiors. Please review our return and refund policy below to understand how we handle returns, exchanges, and refunds for items purchased through our online shop.


1. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging and condition.
  • You must have proof of purchase (e.g. order number or email confirmation).
  • Items must be returned safely packaged to avoid damage in transit.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Bespoke or made-to-order products
  • Items marked as Final Sale or Clearance

If an item is not eligible for return, this will be clearly stated on the product page at the time of purchase.


3. How to Return an Item

To initiate a return:

  1. Email info@tictacinteriors.com within 14 days of receiving your order, quoting your order number.
  2. We will confirm the return address and provide return instructions.
  3. Once confirmed, send the item back to us using a tracked and insured service.

You are responsible for return postage unless the item was faulty or sent in error.


4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You’ll be notified by email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note:

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
  • We are not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.

5. Faulty or Damaged Items

We take great care to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Please email us at info@tictacnteriors.com within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Include photos showing the damage or issue.

If the item is confirmed faulty, we will offer a full refund, replacement, or store credit, and we will cover return shipping costs.


6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please return the original for a refund and place a new order separately.


7. Final Sale Items

Items marked as Final Sale or Clearance are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless they arrive damaged or faulty.
